Q: Are all products tested?

A: Yes, we have in our building an Ink and toner remanufacturing production where ww fully tests all our products.
For instance if a chip says 45k (45000 pages) then we have printed 45000 pages to be sure that it worked till the end.

 

Q: How do I raise my returns request?
 

A: To return a product firstly, make sure you have read through our T&C's page.
Next 
you must obtain a returns authorisation number (RMA) by sending an email via the link below,
include the order number in the subject line and a description of why you want to return the item.

 Q: What is the best way for me to return my items to you?

A: We always advise our customers to use some form of delivery that includes a signature to avoid confusion, such as Royal Mail Special or Recorded Delivery.
